5.5 room House in Les Marécottes

For rent in the season, from December 1st to April 30th

Splendid chalet, surrounded by greenery, in the peaceful village of Les Marécottes. Fully furnished and equipped for an exceptional mountain stay at an altitude of 1235 meters:

On the first floor:

• A first bedroom with a kingsize bed.

• A bathroom (shower/WC).

On the ground floor:

• A bright kitchen, fully equipped, open to the dining room. It consists of: two coffee machines (Krups and Dolce Gusto), cooking plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven.

• A cozy living room with a table and a large wall library, a TV, and a DVD player. A wood fireplace is available. The wood supply is the responsibility of the tenant.

• A visitor toilet.

• A covered terrace, accessible from the dining room, with a table and chairs. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Please note that the outdoor fireplace on the terrace is currently not usable.

In the basement:

• A second bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined to form a double bed). It provides access to the second terrace.

• A third bedroom with 2 single beds.

• A fourth bedroom with a single bed.

• A bathroom (bathtub/WC).

• A beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, leading to a large garden.

• A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Please note that the shower in the laundry room is not usable.

In case of snow or when the access to the chalet is not drivable by car, a shared parking lot 200m from the property is available (walk from the parking lot to the chalet). When there is snow, the road is cleared daily up to this shared parking lot. It may be necessary to use snow chains in case of fresh snow. After this parking lot, the road is closed, as it is a ski slope and a toboggan run.

Access to the property requires good shoes and can be slippery depending on the snow conditions.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the chalet.

Direct Ski Access

• If snow conditions permit: descent by ski from the chalet to the bottom of the slope. Or a descent on foot from the chalet to the Les Marécottes cable car station (600m on a footpath).

• From the top of the slope: descent by ski near the chalet (100m walk).

The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, WiFi, and TV)
