The day area is completed by a wonderful loggia which also has a delightful view of the lake and can be used for several months a year, 2 double rooms, one of which is particularly large and has a balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub where a washing machine can be installed.
On the upper floor, connected by an authentic wooden staircase, there is a cozy double room with terracotta floor, wall closet, and a large attic storage room.
