In the Residenza Lavizzari, recently built, in Via Lavizzari 15 in Lugano, we rent 2.5 rooms. The apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture and accessories in a modern and functional design and has air conditioning.

The apartment, which is 64.25 m² in size, is located on the fourth floor with a lift and is laid out as follows: entrance with panelling, living area with large living room and bespoke kitchen, which in addition to the traditional appliances also features a cooking station with integrated extractor hood, dishwasher and combined oven/microwave; from the living room, you can access a very spacious, covered loggia with balcony, ideal as a relaxation area or also as a workspace; in the sleeping area, in addition to the guest bathroom with washing machine and dryer, we find the bedroom with bed with storage space and a beautiful, bespoke wardrobe, and the en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet completes the apartment.
