Parking in Muttenz

For rent from August 1st or by agreement, we are renting an outdoor parking space (No. 22) on Tramstrasse 99 in Muttenz.

The parking space is centrally located in Muttenz and in the immediate vicinity of the main street. Perfect for residents or employees of the surrounding businesses.

The parking area is closed at night and on weekends with a barrier to prevent unauthorized parking. For tenants, access is guaranteed at all times via a badge.

The rent is CHF 80.00 plus 8.1% VAT.
