Parking in Winterthur

Available immediately or by agreement, we rent out various parking spaces.

• Rent per parking space for car: CHF 150.00/month (excl. VAT)
• Rent per parking space for motorcycle (oversized): CHF 75.00/month (excl. VAT)

The underground garage also has charging stations for electric vehicles.

Note for external renters: Our car parking spaces are intended for standard passenger cars for the benefit of clarity and comfort for all users. Larger vehicles, such as vans or very large SUVs, cannot be considered.
