We rent out underground parking spaces in our property Giesshübelstrasse 45, Zurich, immediately.
The parking spaces are available with charging stations for electric cars upon request.

Rent for a parking space without a charging station: CHF 320.00 plus 8.1% VAT

Rent for a parking space including a charging station: CHF 370.00 plus 8.1% VAT
One-time connection fee: CHF 150.00 plus 8.1% VAT
The electricity consumption is billed directly between the user and the electricity provider.
