2.5 locali Wohnung a Münchenstein

Ich vermiete meine moderne 2,5 Zimmerwohnung im 2. Stock mit Lift in Münchenstein, BL für 8 Monate ab November 2026 (bis Ende Juni 2027). Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, Waschturm und ist möbliert, mit Ausnahme von Esstisch + Stühlen. Matraze für das Boxspringbett muss selber besorgt werden. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Tramhaltestellen Spengler und Gartenstadt (Linie 11). Wenige Gehminuten vom Einkaufszentrum Gartenstadt entfernt. Ich suche jemanden (oder ein Pärchen), der die gesamten 8 Monate bleiben kann und sauber, respektvoll und kommunikativ ist. Nur Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere sowie keine Kinder. Der Mietpreis von CHF 1800.- ist inkl. Nebenkosten. Zu beachten:

• kein Parkplatz vorhanden, kann aber dazugemietet werden bei Bedarf
• Kellerabteil ist nicht inklusive, da ich meine persönlichen Sachen dort verstauen muss, während ich im Ausland bin Es wird ein Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt und eine Kaution von 1 Monatsmiete verlangt. Anfragen für weniger als 8 Monate werden ignoriert.

I'm renting out my modern 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in Münchenstein, BL, for 8 months starting in November 2026 (until the end of June 2027). The apartment features a balcony and a laundry tower and is furnished, with the exception of the dining table and chairs. You will need to provide your own mattress for the box spring bed. The apartment is located between the Spengler and Gartenstadt tram stops (Line 11). It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Gartenstadt shopping center. I'm looking for someone (or a couple) who can stay for the entire 8 months and is clean, respectful, and communicative. Non-smokers only; no pets or children. The rent of CHF 1,800 includes utilities and internet. Please note:

• No parking space available, but one can be rented separately if needed
• The basement storage unit is not included, as I need to store my personal belongings there while I'm abroad A sublease agreement will be drawn up, and a security deposit of one month’s rent is required. Requests for less than 8 months will be ignored.
