At a privileged location with a view at Gwattstutz 32A, a modern new construction project with three exclusive condominiums is being built. The quiet and sunny location in Gwatt near Thun, in the municipality of Spiez, combines natural living with a dreamy lake view and high privacy.
Living with design freedom;
The spacious, architecturally thought-out floor plans create space for individuality at the highest level. Whether an openly designed kitchen as the center of life, an additional room for new perspectives, or a custom-made room layout – here you can realize your very personal living vision.
The exceptional room height gives the apartments an impressive width and timeless elegance. The continuous window band along the facade stages the view in an impressive way and opens up a free view into the surroundings.
The extensive terraces and seating areas become private retreats under the open sky – created for quiet moments, stylish enjoyment, and inspiring views.
Noble materials, a first-class construction standard, and a modern, clear architecture combine with optimal sunlight to create a living concept that meets the highest demands. A home that not only convinces through quality but also touches through its aura.
Sustainably thought - future-oriented built;
The new construction project stands for a responsible and future-oriented handling of resources. The modern wood-concrete hybrid construction combines the advantages of both materials and ensures a sustainable, durable, and energy-efficient construction method. While the massive building base provides stability, sound insulation, and a pleasant room climate, the light wood construction of the upper floors enables a resource-saving and ecological construction method. Visible wood surfaces as well as the visible wood ceiling in the upper floor give the maisonette apartments an additional natural, warm living atmosphere and underline the high-quality architectural character.
A modern in-roof photovoltaic system also generates environmentally friendly solar power and makes an important contribution to a sustainable energy supply. This reduces energy consumption, lowers ancillary costs in the long term, and at the same time makes an active contribution to climate protection.
The innovative, internally located air/water heat pump combines highest efficiency with maximum living comfort and ensures a completely silent environment in the outdoor area.
Location with high quality of life;
Just a few minutes' walk from the idyllic Lake Thun, you can expect a place to live that combines natural recreation with excellent infrastructure. Whether relaxing hours by the water, sporting activities, or walks along the lake – here you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities right outside your door.
The attractive location also convinces in everyday life: The bus stop is located immediately at the property, while shopping opportunities, schools, and various leisure activities are easily accessible. The noise-reducing asphalt coating of the nearby cantonal road also ensures a pleasantly quiet living environment.
Thanks to the excellent transport links, you can reach Thun, Bern, and the Bernese Oberland quickly and comfortably. The nearby Bonstetten park and numerous hiking and excursion opportunities in the impressive mountain world round off the attractive environment perfectly – ideal for all those who value peace, nature, and high quality of life.
