2.5 room Apartment in Hallwil

At Ausserdorf 2 and 4 in Hallwil, ZELG is emerging as a residential ensemble consisting of two multi-family houses with a total of 30 condominiums. Four separate house entrances provide pleasant privacy and optimal access. On the approximately 5,200 m² large property, there is plenty of room for trees, meadows, and paths.

The floor plans are clearly organized: living, eating, and cooking form an open center, while the rooms are protected next to them. Spacious windows bring a lot of daylight into the interior and open up the view from the upper floors over the fields to Lake Hallwil.

Depending on the apartment, a seating area, loggia, or terrace is available. A high-quality kitchen, modern wet cells, and a private laundry tower are part of the standard equipment. Basement, bike rooms, and the wheelchair-accessible elevator to the underground garage ensure short and comfortable paths in everyday life.

ZELG is also energetically conceived in a timely manner: geothermal probes and heat pumps provide efficient heat and free cooling in the summer. A photovoltaic system, prepared charging stations in the underground garage, and a central water softening system complement the modern building technology.
