Possibility to have the room empty or furnished (in both solutions, kitchen furniture is included and it includes current, light, water and wi-fi)

Rent for an "empty" room: Chf. 630.- Rent for a "furnished" room: Chf. 700.- (single bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe)

Rent for an "entire empty" apartment: Chf. 1'260.- Rent for an "entire furnished" apartment: Chf. 1'400.-
