From November 1, 2026, we will be renting a spacious parking space for a motorhome in a modern, new commercial building.

The underground garage is accessible through a gate and offers a safe and protected storage option for your motorhome.

• Parking space approx. 7.5 m × 3.0 m

• Gate entrance height approx. 3.6 m

• Power connection for maintaining the battery charge

• Septic tank available for disposal

• Shared use of toilet and sink

Waste disposal is carried out by the tenant themselves.

Rental conditions:

• Rent plus VAT

• Minimum rental period: 1 year

• Subsequent notice period of 3 months

Important note: The parking space may only be used for storing the vehicle. The storage of goods and the installation of shelves are not permitted for insurance reasons.
