Things you should know about my my flat: – 2 big main rooms (ca. 20 and 14 m2), hallway, kitchen, balcony and bathroom – main rooms and hallway with wooden floor – kitchen with gas (no dishwasher) – big balcony with a lot of light and view; it is facing south/ east – tall built-in cupboards in the living room (Einbauschränke) – bathroom with bathtub – located in 5th floor with elevator – small basement compartment included (Kellerabteil) – well noise insulated towards neighbors – located close to Schmiede Wiedikon with a lot of public transport and supermarket access (migros) – also just 100m walking distance to the next park (Kollerwiese) – 1551 CHF / month (incl. heating and gas)
Especially the brightness and view of the living room and balcony make the flat very special. It makes it very comfortable to spend the days inside (or outside) the flat. Most time of the year (when it is warm enough) I use my balcony for eating. Whether it is breakfast (morning sun) or dinner.
What we are looking for in our new flat: – garden or balcony with direct sunlight – at least 3 rooms (ideally more) – overall quiet – kitchen includes dishwasher – close to nature – rent ideally not exceeding 2500 CHF / month
