CONTRACT AND RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is 3 months; the contract then continues on an open-ended basis.

The displayed price applies to a minimum rental period of 12 months. Shorter contract periods cost more.

The notice period is 3 months. Termination is possible no earlier than the end of the agreed minimum rental period.

The security deposit is arranged separately through Homie, either as rent-deposit insurance or as a cash deposit. The exact amount is stated in the rental agreement and must be arranged before move-in.
